To enhance students' knowledge and understanding of the latest robot models in the market and their benefits, recently, the School of Tourism and Hotel Management of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF), Vietnam, in collaboration with Digicorp, organized the workshop "Robotics - A New Way of Service."

Key guest participants also included The Imperial Group, Novotel Saigon Center, Bay Hotels, Pullman Saigon Centre, The Reverie Saigon by Times Square (Vietnam) Investment Joint Stock Company, Imperial International Hotel College, and Titan Hospitality (Let's Win Group).

The workshop delved deep into the strengths of robots in the service industry, including enhancing efficiency, reducing operational costs, and improving customer experiences. Through practical demonstrations and insightful discussions, students gained firsthand experience of how robots operate and their potential applications.

In a world where technology harmonizes with human effort, the workshop showcased that embracing technological advancements not only provides superior services but also streamlines work processes. The attendees left with a wealth of knowledge, ready to integrate these innovations into the realm of hospitality.

TS. Ngo Minh Hai, UEF's representative, emphasized the significance of technology in contemporary life. He highlighted that technology permeates every aspect of our existence and shapes the world, even if left unexplored. With technological advancements, the service industry evolves, adapting and expanding its horizons. He stated that optimal progress in this sector requires three fundamental elements: systems, people, and technology.

The workshop illuminated the promising future of hospitality. Witnessing the seamless integration of KEENON Robotics technology, students delved into a transformative learning experience. KEENON service robots not only exemplify efficiency and precision but also represent a bold leap into the future of guest services. This event signifies the dawn of a new era in hospitality, where innovation and guest satisfaction take center stage, ensuring a dynamic and progressive future for the industry.
